Automation: ISPBill (Data Processing Automation System for Internet Service
Providers) The Client: NetService, Ltd., Kiev, Ukraine, Internet Service Provider The Problem: This company, like many start-ups, used manual and low-level computerized technologies to manage data flows performance. It takes a lot of time and personnel, and, besides, the process introduce inevitable for such style of work errors. As a result, considerable checking was required, and further extending the manual process. The Solution: IPSBill solved this problem by developing the RTS to automate billings and access control and payments proceeds operations. The Application enabled the customer to easily manage billings routine, to obtain a full control over client's access to the provider's internet resources, payments proceedings included. This realtime billing system provides automation of various services access and accounting, enabling/disabling of user access, payments receiving and search-and-print function. It is also performed accounting of such services usage as lease of modem, PPP, Slip, etc. A client automatically received e-mail notice of all current or periodical information.
