The Challenge: To extend their market positions, lawyers worldwide needed in document workflow solution based on widely accepted and open document formats, such as portable document format (PDF). This lawyer firm decided to collect information about potential customers from their parthners via web site and distribute dynamically generated documents in portable document format (PDF).
The Solution: The document workflow application was built upon widely accepted and approved technology such as Java servlets, JSP and XML. Heavy usage of open source libraries and application server greatly reduced cost of this application and improved its reliability and extensibility. Distributing documents across internet in PDF format allows for customers to easily view, print, mail, edit and save this documents where they are in their home or office.
