The Challenge: A continuously growing number of the company operations with clients have led to a certain difficulties accumulation in a clients accounts management performance. The management staff and accounters could not properly operate with substantially increased flow of accounts, and also they ran into a problem of multilevel projects tracking. The company's CEOs had a choice: either to enlarge a number of employees or to apply the modern business automation tools. The former way have been chosen - and it had been the right choice The Solution: A custom web-based application was delivered and installed turnkey as the solution. Such approach made it possible to succeed with an increased flow of information and to save the same company staff unchanged. The application provides project and client managers with easy-to-use tools for submitting work reports to the database and in searching current and archive information by client, project, date or date range or by employee. A client also has a possibility to view his accounts and rented time history. As well, the Application features some friendly to manager functions like printing a current documentation and daily reports.
